We are looking for a Back Office Business Manager to join our management team. The Back Office Business Manager is a critical component to our success, and is responsible for many facets of customer service and operations. 

This position is eligible for bonus/commissions. 

Full time Monday - Friday hours, benefits, paid time off, free gym membership and more!

Duties include: 
  • Assist General Manager (GM) with member and/or operational issues.
  • Complete Daily Sales and Cash Reports on a daily basis and forward to management. Includes DSC, DCR, Rewrites, Cancels and Freezes.
  • Responsible for daily bank cash deposit ensuring deposits are made on time.
  • Responsible for communicating and following cash management procedures.
  • Ensure all member documents are complete & correctly entered into billing system and analyze to ensure correct and valid.
  • Work with GM to manage/process cancellations and strive to retain members.
  • Help ensure all members billing concerns are addressed in a timely manner.
  • Process reports and/ or payments for affiliate program memberships (Silver & Fit, Healthy Contributions).
  • Receive monthly reports from billing company: review delinquent accounts and contact members to collect.
  • Work with members whose accounts have gone to collection agency to negotiate settlements and re-sign their membership.
  • Order all office supplies and printing needs.
  • Audit member accounts to look for any inconsistencies or anomalies and notify the GG Management office immediately with any concerns.
  • Run various daily, weekly, monthly reports to support and audit accounts.  
  • Process new hire paperwork and follow retention procedures for employee records
  • Manage employee CPR certifications which includes sending new employee’s the online quiz via Smart Fitness, keeping track of expiration dates, and scheduling in person training when needed.
  • Immediately report to the GG Management office, any suspicions of theft, security breaches, or operational concerns.
  • Other duties as assigned.
