We are looking for a friendly administrative professional to join our small Glen Burnie office. This is a part time position working M-F 10am-4pm.

Selected individual will work closely with the office manager and company owners providing a variety of administrative support functions which require the following skills.
·       Administrative support experience
·       Is friendly and works well with others
·       Can work both independently and as part of a team
·       Will keep company information confidential
·       Has good working knowledge of PC applications, email and internet
·       Treats accuracy as a priority
·       Able to create well written correspondence
·       Able to create accurate excel spreadsheets
·       Good communication skills, verbal and written
·       Effectively manage paper files and documents
·       Able to multi-task
·       Able to set priorities
·       Good negotiation skills
·       Good judgment
·       Can think independently
·       Able to take and give direction to others
